Radio Pragya 90.4 MHz has added another proud achievement to its journey of community service. Under the 100-Day TB Elimination Campaign, the station has been actively spreading awareness in Kushinagar district through its programs, jingles, and community-driven initiatives.
In recognition of these commendable efforts, the Chief Medical Officer of Kushinagar, Shri Suresh Pataria, honored Radio Pragya’s Program Director, Shri R.K. Bhatt, with a certificate of appreciation at the CMO office. The award acknowledges Radio Pragya’s vital role in mobilizing citizens, sharing verified health information, and supporting government initiatives for a TB-Free India (TB Mukt Bharat).
Through the “Sehat Sahi Laabh Kayi” program and other dedicated campaigns, Radio Pragya has been promoting the message of early detection, proper treatment, and community participation (#JanBhagidari) to fight tuberculosis. The recognition reinforces the station’s commitment to public health and its responsibility as the community’s trusted voice.
On receiving the honor, Radio Pragya expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Medical Officer and pledged to continue supporting national health missions with the same dedication.
